MAPELASTIC is a two-component, elastic cement mortar made of cementitious binders, fine-grained, selected aggregates, special additives, and synthetic polymers in dispersed water, and the definitive solution for water ingress that damages balconies and terraces and shortens their lifespan.

MAPELASTIC is an easy-to-apply product. When the two components are mixed together, they form a smooth mass with good workability. Thanks to the high quality of its ingredients, a cured MAPELASTIC layer retains its elasticity regardless of environmental conditions and is not affected by the aggressive chemical action of de-icing salts, sulfates, chlorides, and carbon dioxide.

And that’s not all, because MAPELASTIC also adheres excellently to old and existing surfaces made of concrete, ceramic, and marble, provided they are load-bearing and sufficiently clean. All these properties ensure that structures protected and sealed with MAPELASTIC remain durable over time. MAPELASTIC is certified according to EN 1504-2 for the repair, maintenance, and protection of concrete structures and according to EN 14891 as a sealing product for wall and floor coverings.
