Pick-Up at the Pick-Up Store

Goods can be collected exclusively at our pick-up store after full payment has been received.

Inspection of Goods

Please inspect the goods immediately upon collection, checking in particular:

• Quantity
• Items
• Visible defects

Subsequent claims regarding quantity or obvious damage cannot be accepted.

Delivery & Transport

Our prices do not include delivery, transport, or installation.

Delivery can be arranged only at the request of the customer and solely:

• upon separate commissioning,

• at additional cost, and

• only after full payment (100%) has been received.

Delivery may be arranged within the European Union and, depending on the nature, scope, and destination of the delivery, is organized through suitable third-party specialized transport companies.
Fliesen & Dekor does not provide transport services itself and acts solely as an intermediary for the delivery.
