Immediately after completing renovation work, we recommend removing heavy dirt and dust from the surface using a vacuum cleaner, followed by wet cleaning. During regular use, it is important to keep the floor clean, as porcelain tiles should be protected from abrasive particles that may cause scratches.

• Cement grout, water-based paint and whitewash residues can be removed with a soft cloth dampened with water.
• Do not scrape epoxy grout with sharp objects. Instead, use an epoxy solvent or a steam cleaner. Cleaning agents should be used with great care, and the surface must be thoroughly rinsed after treatment.
• For routine maintenance, it is recommended to use alkaline-based cleaning agents. Avoid products containing fats or oils.
• Acid-based cleaners should be used only when absolutely necessary.
• Tile joints should be treated with water-repellent agents at least once a year.
• Most types of dirt can be easily removed using alkaline cleaners or a solution of water and window-cleaning liquid.
• Before using acid-containing solutions, any metal decorative elements on ceramic tiles must be protected with adhesive tape to prevent damage.

To extend the service life and preserve the original appearance of polished tiles, it is recommended to regularly treat the surface with products containing natural or synthetic wax. This also provides additional protection against scratches and concentrated coloring agents.

• To remove old stains from porcelain stoneware, cleaners containing chlorine may be used.
• For polished porcelain stoneware and glossy ceramic tiles, we strictly advise against using brushes or sponges with metal surfaces.
