With “Click & Collect” you can select your desired tiles online and collect them at our pick-up store, or coordinate the further processing with us.

How “Click & Collect” Works

1. Select items

Choose the desired tiles from our online catalogue.

2. Set the quantity (important notice)

Our tiles are sold exclusively in full packages, while the price is shown per square metre (m²).

• The order quantity must always be in full packages
• One package may contain, for example, 1.44 m²
• The calculator below the quantity field automatically shows:
  • number of packages
  • ordered area in m²
  • total quantity

Orders of partial packages or individual pieces are not possible.

3. Enter contact details & complete the reservation

Enter your contact details and complete the reservation by clicking the “Complete reservation” button.

Review & Confirmation

After receiving your request:

• our team checks the available quantity,
• confirms the available / collectable quantity,
• sends you a notification (by email or phone call) and, if requested, an invoice for payment.

Payment & Payment Terms

When collecting at the pick-up store, you may pay using:

• Cash payment
• Debit or credit card

Advance payment is also possible:

• Bank transfer against invoice (advance payment)

Reservation Without Payment

A reservation without payment is valid for a maximum of 48 hours.
If no payment is received within this period, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

Binding Reservation

A binding reservation is made:

• after full payment (100%) has been received, or
• when payment is made upon collection at the pick-up store (cash or debit/credit card).

A fully paid reservation is valid for a maximum of 30 days.

Storage Period & Storage Fee

If the goods are not collected within 30 days after full payment, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee:

• 2.5% of the goods value per day,
• minimum EUR 10.00 per day.

The goods will be released for collection or delivery only after full payment of any incurred storage fees.

Collection or Delivery

• Collection takes place at the pick-up store after confirmed reservation and full payment.
• Delivery can be arranged upon request:
  • delivery is charged separately,
  • organisation takes place only after full payment has been received.

Important Notes

• Sale exclusively in full packages
• Prices are pick-up prices
• No partial payments, no payment on delivery, no payment on account
• Goods are released only after full payment, including any applicable storage fees
