Payment & Payment Methods

For all orders (online orders, reservations with pickup, delivery orders, as well as purchases in the pickup store), the following payment methods are available:

• Cash payment

• Debit or credit card

• Bank transfer against invoice (advance payment)

The release or delivery of the goods takes place only after full payment (100%) has been received.

Installment payments, payment on delivery, payment on account, cash on delivery, or comparable payment methods are not permitted.

Order with Delivery Without Visiting the Pick-Up Store

If you wish to place an order without visiting the pick-up store in person and arrange delivery, please proceed as follows:

1. Place your order via “Reserve & Collect”.
2. Our team will contact you to confirm the details of your order.
3. Please inform us that you would like the entire process, including delivery, handled without visiting the pick-up store.

After that:

• we will issue an invoice and send it to you for payment,

• the delivery is agreed individually and invoiced separately,

• delivery is not included in the price of the goods and constitutes a separate service subject to separate remuneration,

• payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer (advance payment),
• once payment has been received, we will arrange delivery according to your requirements.

Delivery services are charged separately and must be paid in full.

Prices & Payment Terms

• All prices are pick-up prices.
• Goods are released only after full payment (100%) has been received.
• Delivery services, if arranged through us, are invoiced separately and must be paid in full according to the respective invoice.
• No exceptions apply to these payment terms.
• Partial payments, payment on delivery, payment on account, or cash on delivery are not accepted.
