With \u201cClick & Collect\u201d<\/strong> you can select your desired tiles online and collect them at our pick-up store, or coordinate the further processing with us.<\/p>\n

How \u201cClick & Collect\u201d Works<\/h4>\n

1. Select items<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Choose the desired tiles from our online catalogue.<\/p>\n

\n
2. Set the quantity (important notice)<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Our tiles are sold exclusively in full packages<\/strong>, while the price is shown per square metre (m\u00b2)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • The order quantity must always be in full packages<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • One package may contain, for example, 1.44 m\u00b2<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • The calculator below the quantity field<\/strong> automatically shows:\n
      \n
    • number of packages<\/li>\n
    • ordered area in m\u00b2<\/li>\n
    • total quantity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Orders of partial packages or individual pieces<\/strong> are not possible.<\/p>\n

      3. Enter contact details & complete the reservation<\/strong><\/h6>\n

      Enter your contact details<\/strong> and complete the reservation by clicking the \u201cComplete reservation\u201d button<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      \n

      Review & Confirmation<\/h4>\n

      After receiving your request:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • our team checks the available quantity<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
      • confirms the available \/ collectable quantity<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
      • sends you a notification (by email or phone call)<\/strong> and, if requested, an invoice for payment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n

        Payment & Payment Terms<\/h4>\n

        When collecting at the pick-up store<\/strong>, you may pay using:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Cash payment<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Debit or credit card<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Advance payment is also possible:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Bank transfer against invoice (advance payment)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n

            Reservation Without Payment<\/h4>\n

            A reservation without payment<\/strong> is valid for a maximum of 48 hours<\/strong>.
            \nIf no payment is received within this period, the reservation is automatically cancelled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

            \n

            Binding Reservation<\/h4>\n

            A binding reservation<\/strong> is made:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • after full payment (100%) has been received, or<\/li>\n
            • when payment is made upon collection at the pick-up store (cash or debit\/credit card).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              A fully paid reservation is valid for a maximum of 30 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

              \n

              Storage Period & Storage Fee<\/h4>\n

              If the goods are not collected within 30 days after full payment<\/strong>, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

              • 2.5% of the goods value per day,<\/li>\n
              • minimum EUR 10.00 per day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                The goods will be released for collection or delivery only after full payment of any incurred storage fees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                Collection or Delivery<\/h4>\n
                  \n
                • Collection takes place at the pick-up store<\/strong> after confirmed reservation and full payment.<\/li>\n
                • Delivery can be arranged upon request:\n
                    \n
                  • delivery is charged separately<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
                  • organisation takes place only after full payment has been received<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n

                    Important Notes<\/h4>\n
                      \n
                    • Sale exclusively in full packages<\/li>\n
                    • Prices are pick-up prices<\/li>\n
                    • No partial payments, no payment on delivery, no payment on account<\/li>\n
                    • Goods are released only after full payment, including any applicable storage fees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
