Purchase at the Pick-Up Store (On-Site)<\/h4>\n<p>For purchases made <strong>directly at our pick-up store<\/strong>, there is <strong>no statutory right of withdrawal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Returns of goods are excluded.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An <strong>exchange<\/strong> is possible <strong>solely as a gesture of goodwill<\/strong> and <strong>only under the following conditions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum 10% of the purchased goods<\/li>\n<li>Within 30 days from the purchase date<\/li>\n<li>Only at the pick-up store where the purchase was made<\/li>\n<li>Original invoice required<\/li>\n<li>Goods must be unused and in their original packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Excluded from exchange are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tile adhesives, care and cleaning products<\/li>\n<li>Fixing and installation materials<\/li>\n<li><strong>Special or custom-ordered goods<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Goods explicitly marked as <strong>non-returnable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>2. Online Purchase \/ Distance Selling (Clic &amp; Collect \/ Delivery)<\/h4>\n<p>If the customer is a <strong>private consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)<\/strong> and the contract was concluded by distance selling, the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG) applies.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>The customer may <strong>withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period begins:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on the day the goods are received,<\/li>\n<li>in the case of partial deliveries, on receipt of the last partial delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The withdrawal must be declared in writing (e.g. by email).<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>No right of withdrawal exists for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>purchases made by <strong>business customers (B2B)<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>custom-made or specially ordered goods<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably combined with other items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Consequences of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>Payments already made will be refunded within 14 days.<\/li>\n<li>The refund may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>costs of return shipment are borne by the customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the case of <strong>damaged, used, or incomplete goods<\/strong>, an <strong>appropriate compensation for loss of value<\/strong> may be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Important Notice<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>These withdrawal and return regulations apply to <strong>private customers<\/strong>.<br \/>\nFor <strong>business customers (B2B)<\/strong>, the provisions of our <strong>General Terms and Conditions<\/strong> apply.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
